Zeba Damani is a South Asian Immigrant based in Southern California. She is a registered Professional Clinical Counselor and earned her Master’s Degree in clinical psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills.

As a clinician, she has over eight years of experience working with individuals to navigate life’s challenges using holistic approaches that integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of each client's unique needs. She has worked with individuals of all ages and life stages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, facing relationship issues, and going through life transitions. While incorporating a person-centered and strength-based approach to therapy and deep respect for individual uniqueness, she works alongside clients to identify and build upon their strengths, challenge some preconceived notions, and explore practical tools to calm the mind.
